Book Tickets: Fabulous Fables

Book tickets to Fabulous Fables, 7.30pm or 9.30pm on Tuesday 21 June at St Magnus Cathedral, Kirkwall. This one-hour promenade event will bring the Cathedral to vivid life with art, music and poetry.   Using tales and poetry from Orkney and further afield, and with an hommage to poet, author and dramatist George Mackay Brown, the performance will create a mindful, exploration of the architecture with spatial live music, recorded text, visual art installations and video.   Part performance, part exhibition, part experience. 

Toads on a Tapestry: Celebrating Magna Carta

2022 will see a revival of this glorious performance as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee events. We will again be joining forces with composer David Knotts, poet John Gallas, Faversham Music Club and their wonderful community choir Faversham Voices for this musical celebration of the signing of Magna Carta.
